Who can use this web site?
This is strictly a trade only website this means you must be purchasing stock to resell and not for your personal use. Because there is such a small minimum order order we need to check out new customers who place small orders, we apologise if this causes offence but it is not in the interest of our customers to allow personal shopping.
How to see trade prices
Trade Prices are already on diplay but we suggest that you go to the login/register button just below the shopping basket logo and register your details. Your user name is your e mail address and you choose your own password. You will be logged in straight away and you will have access to all the website facilities.
All prices listed on the website are for one item unless otherwise clearly stated. Also the prices are always for 2 lenses in a pack.

The prices on the website do not include VAT. The 20% VAT will be added to the order in the shopping basket. If you are outside of the UK then Vat will not be added.
Recommended retail prices
All our single piece prices are based on a mark up of 2.4 so you will be doubling your money after you have added the VAT.
For instance if you buy and items for £1 + VAT then you would expect to sell that for £2.40.
If you are buying in volume and receiving the quantity discounts then you will be making a greater profit.
You will find that the retail prices vary depending were you are selling, high street retail outlets are very expensive to run and will need to use greater margins where auction sites such as E bay and Amazon can be very competitive and you will need to check out your competition.
How to place an order
There are 4 options available
- Place the order on our website which is updated daily as stock comes into the warehouse.
Select your stock from the website making a note of the item codes and a brief description and phone us with the order on +44 (0) 2476 850 255.
- Visit our showroom (directions are further down this page) if you wish to visit on a Sunday please make an appointment by the Wednesday before the Sunday you plan to visit.
- Visit our stand at one of the trade shows. The trade shows are listed in this information section under Trade shows.
How to pay for your orders
When you have finished your order and you enter the checkout there are 3 options:
- Use our secure payment gateway to pay by credit or debit card.
- Choose the Pay Pal option and use your Pay Pal account.
- Choose the alternative payment page.
Alternative payments allow you to send the order without the payment:
- You can use our bank details to allow you to make a bank transfer or pay cash into any HSBC bank.
What we do if there are any items out of stock
There may be times when we take more orders for an item than we have stock. If this happens then you will be contacted either by phone or e mail. If you order an item and it is out of stock we do not keep it on back order. If you would like us to contact you when the item comes back into stock please let us know.
When you authorise a payment either by debit or credit card or by PayPal it will be for the full amount of the order. If there are any out of stocks or the invoice comes to less than your payment authorisation than we only take payment for the amount of your invoice.

Saturday – (By appointment only, appointments need to be made by 5:00pm on the Wednesday before the Sunday you plan to visit.)

The showroom is where you will place your order with a member of staff, you can then either relax and have a cup of tea or coffee while we pick your order and you take it away with you or we can send it to you by courier, see the website for full carriage details.
Due to Health and Safety regulations children under 14 are not allowed in the warehouse.

Damages and shortages
We take great pride in our packaging if you have any damages in your delivery it is important you contact us within 48 hours (any claims after this will not be credited). Please send an e-mail and if possible an image of the damaged item. We will reply and either put a credit on your account or request the damages are returned to us. If items need to be returned we will give you details of how we would like them returned and we will refund you the cost of the carriage or have them collected.
All damages must be returned in original packaging.
Shortages - one person will be responsible for your order their name will be on the invoice please speak to them.
Credits will be held on customers’ accounts for 3 months if they are not claimed within three months they will be written off.

Carriage costs and delivery times

We have a very small minimum order this allows you to top up as and when you need stock and to try out lines. Most items can be ordered in single pieces, we only insist on packs when it is impractical to pack items individually.
Established customers are welcome to place any size order but new customers who place small orders will be contacted to check their trade status. We apologise if this causes offence but it is not in the interest of our customers to allow personal shopping.

When do we get new lines?
Our web site is updated every week day. As items sell out they are removed from the site and as new products come into the warehouse they are added to the site so it is worth checking the website regularly to see what is new.
When you register your details on the site you will start receiving our mail occasionaly.
This is an easy way to keep up with the new products added in the week and any good sellers that we have had back in. It also has links to any special offers or new ranges we think you may be interested to know about.
If you don’t want to receive our mailing then there is an easy to find link to unsubscribe.
Because of our buying power we are able to clear whole ranges of stock for some of the leading importers. This does not mean that the lines are poor sellers it often means that the importers have to clear space quickly. This allows us to offer you some top quality products at greatly reduced prices.
